Set up TextMoney

Verify your number to get the app and setup instructions. The demo uses pretend money.

Enter a US or Canadian mobile number that can receive texts. Your first name and number appear in Activity for people you test with.

Your number is verified

The starting demo balance is in pretend money.

Verification test complete. You can download the app. Your existing wallet stays separate, so this session has no wallet setup code.

1. Install TextMoney for Android

Download and open the file, then tap Install. If Android asks, allow this browser to install the app. After installing, tap Done to come back here.

2. Connect your demo wallet

Already installed? Start here. This button opens TextMoney with your wallet setup ready to confirm.

App didn’t open?

Copy the code, then open TextMoney. Tap Set up TextMoney, then Other ways to connect. Paste the code and tap Connect.

iPhone

Save the build to Files. With AltServer running on your computer, open AltStore, choose My Apps, tap + and select the build. Keep App Extensions if asked.

After installing, copy your setup code. In Messages, open TextMoney and tap Connect test account.
